For paid services and community memberships:

• Payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed
• All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated

• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days

For members of the Founders' Business Club and other community features:

• Maintain professional and respectful communication
• No spam, self-promotion without permission, or irrelevant content
• Respect confidentiality of shared business information
• Support fellow community members constructively
• Report inappropriate behavior to community moderators
• Comply with additional community-specific rules

Business Results: While we provide proven strategies and frameworks, individual business results may vary. Success depends on various factors including market conditions, implementation quality, and individual circumstances.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
